MAN v FAT Football

MAN v FAT Football is a men’s weight loss football community that encourages guys with a BMI of 27.5 or above to get into shape through their love of sport.

Every week, the guys will complete a diary to log their food and activity levels throughout the week and then discuss how their week has been with a league coach who will then provide feedback and support.

After weighing in, the player will then go and play a 28 minute game of small-sided football with their teammates and this result will then be combined with the scales scores to give an overall team total.

They work with NCC to deliver adult weight management services across the region and currently have two Clubs operating in Norwich which are as follows:

MAN v FAT Norwich West

Held on Tuesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 at the FDC Bowthorpe.
